Booking & cancellation terms
The following terms apply to furnished temporary living at Möhringer Straße 10 in Stuttgart:
- Up to 30 days before move-in: free cancellation – the down payment is refunded in full.
- Less than 30 days before move-in: the down payment (1st month's rent) is retained as compensation; beyond that, no further costs apply.
- After move-in: 30 days' notice – the rent for the 30 days after notice is due.
No deposit is charged. The remaining rent is invoiced.
