The living area has a comfortable sofa, warm lighting and a TV. The sofa converts into a single bed, so a third guest has somewhere to sleep. The furnishings are made for longer stays.
The separate bedroom has a large double bed and a mauve accent wall. A large wardrobe offers plenty of space for longer stays. Blackout blinds let you sleep at any time of day.
In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook your own meals: hob, oven and bright wooden fronts. A fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are here, along with crockery, cutlery and the basics for cooking, so you can start right away. At the dining table you eat in peace or work on your laptop.
The tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and soap. Towels are ready for you, and there is hot water around the clock.
Cafés, shops and supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away, and the Marienplatz underground station is about two minutes on foot. From there you quickly reach the city centre and the main station. The neighbourhood between Marienplatz and Erwin-Schöttle-Platz is lively yet quiet to live in, right in the heart of Stuttgart-Süd.
The apartment is set up for stays from one month and fully equipped, from the bed linen to the cookware. There's a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, and three free parking spaces at the building for shared use (subject to availability). Self check-in via a key box keeps you flexible, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement. That way you move straight in and can focus on your stay in Stuttgart.

The step-free access from the red brick building makes arriving easy. Cafés, bakeries and shops are around the corner, and you reach the Marienplatz underground station in about a two-minute walk, and with it the city centre and the main station.
From Marienplatz underground station, several light-rail lines run straight into the city centre and to the main station, along with bus routes and the rack railway up to Degerloch. You reach the main station within a few minutes by underground, and Stuttgart Airport and the trade fair by light rail and local transport.
