The living room is cosy and practical: an L-shaped sofa and a media wall with a TV, and the sofa converts into an extra bed when needed. The dining area doubles as a workspace, so you eat comfortably or work on your laptop. A green accent wall sets a fresh tone.
The quiet bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. Plenty of storage helps you settle in, even on longer stays. Here you sleep undisturbed.
In the compact, fully equipped kitchen you can cook your own meals: hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, along with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The tiled bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and soap. Towels are ready for you, and there is hot water around the clock.
The apartment sits centrally between Marienplatz and Erwin-Schöttle-Platz, with good links to local transport. You reach the Marienplatz underground station in a few minutes' walk, and cafés, shops and supermarkets are right outside the door. That puts you in the city centre in no time, while you still live quietly in Stuttgart-Süd.
There are three free parking spaces at the building, shared by all five apartments – if one is free, you park at no cost, otherwise a car park is about a three-minute walk away. The apartment is set up for stays from one month and fully equipped. There's a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, and self check-in via a key box keeps you flexible; pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

The apartment is at Möhringer Straße 10 in Stuttgart-Süd, centrally placed between Marienplatz and Erwin-Schöttle-Platz. On the second floor you live quietly, while cafés, shops and the Marienplatz underground station are only a few minutes' walk away. There are three free parking spaces at the building for shared use. Please note that the apartment is reachable by stairs only.
From Marienplatz underground station, several light-rail lines run straight into the city centre and to the main station, along with bus routes and the rack railway up to Degerloch. You reach the main station within a few minutes by underground, and Stuttgart Airport and the trade fair by light rail and local transport.
