Booking & cancellation terms

The following terms apply to the online booking of the furnished apartment on Mittelstraße (Heusteigviertel, Stuttgart). You pay the full amount at booking, including final cleaning and city tax, and no deposit is charged.

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation, the full amount is refunded.
• 14 to 29 days before arrival: 50 percent of the amount is refunded.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.

What counts for the tiers is the time of your cancellation. You cancel easily via the link in your booking confirmation. After a short check by OPM, the refund goes back to your means of payment.
